How is Dispatches affected by COVID-19?

We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and determining if ride activities will continue on a case-by-case basis. Activities will go forward as planned as long as they do not violate any travel/gathering restrictions or if they would be socially irresponsible. Updates will be posted in the newsfeed and calendar and final decisions will be made one calendar month ahead of the event.

Will rides be rescheduled if they have to be cancelled because of COVID-19?

No, any events cancelled will not be rescheduled within the 2021 riding season.

What is the refund policy if I have preregistered for an event and it is cancelled?
You will be offered a refund less any admin fees (we use Eventbrite and they retain about $3.00 in admin fees for each transaction) in the event that a ride you have preregistered for has been cancelled.
